This past week, in fact, saw approvals for two potentials: Novartis’ Mayzent, née siponimod, received an FDA greenlight to become the first oral drug for secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, while AbbVie’s Skyrizi hopes to shoulder some of Humira’s mantle.
