The month is ending, but the work to dismantle systemic racism must go on.

 

This year, Racial Equity Month on our editorial calendar arrived at the same time as a nationwide civil rights action. Through reporting and guest posts from Black community leaders, we looked at how Baltimore's tech and business leaders responded and are working for change.

 

So what's next? Below, check out anti-racism action steps I pulled together from our coverage. Think of it as a crowdsourced guide to help sustain the energy of the moment locally.
