Here is what you need to know.

1. Europe just waved another red flag as new data suggests its economy is at risk of stagnating. Mario Draghi will be giving his final speech as ECB president later today as eurozone flash PMI only 0.1% on last month.

2. SoftBank's shares slump to a 10-month low after $9.5 billion WeWork bailout. Since WeWork's IPO filing, SoftBank's shares have fallen 18%.

3. Twitter plunges after missing Wall Street's revenue and profit forecasts. Twitter also revealed a 17% rise in daily active users to 145 million in its third-quarter results, released on Thursday.

4. Puma cautioned on Thursday that it would take a hit from US tariffs on China in the fourth quarter but still raised its sales forecast and narrowed its profit target after a strong third quarter in all regions. Puma has also been moving production out of China to countries like Vietnam, cutting the proportion of products produced in China for the US market to under 25% from more than 50% five years ago.

5. Daimler third-quarter operating profit was down 8% on weaker car and truck sales. Earnings before interest and taxes fell to 2.69 billion euros, down from 2.49 billion euros in the year-earlier period as the trucks division posted a drop in sales.

6. Southwest profit jumps 7.2% as unit revenues rise. It said strong travel demand and higher fares offset the hit from flight cancellations due to the grounding of its Boeing 737 MAX jets.

7. Seven private jets, a Monet painting, and a £1 million Cartier diamond ring these are some of the wildest purchases made with dirty money in the UK. Criminals splurged millions on homes, superyachts, cars, clothes, and other luxuries, Transparency International UK found.

8. Stocks are rising on Thursday. US futures underlying the S&P 500 (+0.1%) and the Nasdaq (+0.4) are rising. In Europe, the DAX (+0.6%)is up as is Euro Stoxx 50 (+0.5%). In Asia, stocks closed mixed with the Nikkei (+0.6%) and the Hang Seng(+0.9%) rising but the Shanghai Composite closed flat.

9. There is a stack of earnings out today. Microsoft, McDonald's and Petrobras all release earnings.

10. Today is a big day for data. Jobless claims and Markit PMI are the highlights.
