Stat of the Day 36 years: The time that has passed since American workers were this happy with their jobs. Wages and flexibility have all increased as 62.3% of U.S. workers said they were satisfied with their jobs in 2022. That’s up from just 42.6% in 2010 when job satisfaction bottomed out.
