Lafayette officials, after identifying more than 130 code violations at the Himbola Manor government subsidized apartments, have scheduled an administrative hearing that could order the complex repaired or vacated. In a letter dated Aug. 9 and hand-delivered to Agape Himbola Manor representatives during an inspection Monday, Kathy Trahan, compliance manager with Lafayette Consolidated Government's Community Development and Planning department, listed 132 violations of the city's code of ordinances.
