Attend this coding seminar to review correct vaccine coding, appropriate coding documentation and modifiers and to learn more about the new 2011 CPT, ICD-9, HCPCS and modifier codes. This seminar will solidify your coding knowledge as well as address effective handling of managed care issues. Upon completion of seminar, participants will:

Correct vaccine coding
Appropriate coding documentation
Commonly missed revenue streams
Effective handling of managed care issues
New 2012 CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPC’s and modifier codes

Target audience:

Target audience members include physicians, nurses, office managers and billing personnel.

Session 1: Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012. 5:30 - 9 p.m.
Registration & dinner: 5:30 - 6 p.m.
Coding seminar: 6 - 9 p.m.
Session 2: Thursday, January 26, 2012. 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Registration & continental breakfast: 8:30 - 9 a.m.
Coding seminar: 9 a.m. - noon
Lunch followed by Q & A session: noon - 2 p.m.

Registration information:

Course cost: $100 for non-CCPA members, $75 for CCPA members. Dinner will be included at Session 1; Breakfast and lunch will be included at Session 2. Free parking  for each session.
***CCPA is an Independent Physician Association (IPA) whose members are on staff at Children’s Memorial. CCPA will sponsor one participant from each CCPA practice to attend the coding event***
How to register: Register online for Session 1 (Jan. 25, 2012) or Session 2 (Jan. 26, 2011).
Please register by January 20, 2012. Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Sorry, no walk-in registrations/payments will be accepted.
Cancellation policy: The paid registration, minus a $20 administrative fee, will be refunded if your cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of the event.
