Don't underestimate the results you get from short, at home workouts.
| At-home Microorkouts In Two Minutes or Less |
|
A lot of us get hung up on this idea of what an exercise session is supposed to look like: driving to a gym, taking a crowded class, or using special equipment. That mindset turns the simple act of moving your muscles into something you don’t have time for, something you’re too tired or sore to do today, something that seems too overwhelming for the moment you’re in right now. Don’t underestimate the power of short, at home workouts. Try a 2-minute Microworkout |

Recipe: Peanut Butter Keto Donut Holes |
|
Conceptually, cake donut holes are irresistible—tender and pillowy on the inside, thickly jacketed with powdered or granulated sugar, and small enough to justify indulging in more than one. We boosted our donut holes with collagen—our delicious Peanut Butter Collagen Fuel. Ingredients: 1 scoop Primal Kitchen Collagen Drink Mix — Peanut Butter 1½ cups raw, unsalted macadamia nuts Pinch of salt Powdered monk fruit sweetener Instructions Blend the macadamia nuts, collagen and salt in a food processor until the nuts are smooth and have the consistency of dough. Stop processing before the nuts take on a looser, butter-like texture. Shape the dough into balls. If the dough isn’t holding its shape, refrigerate it for 30 minutes first. Place the donut holes on sheet pans and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. Remove the donut holes from the freezer. Shake out about a cup of powdered monk fruit onto a large plate. Roll donut holes in powdered monk fruit. Free PB? Yes, please! For the next 24 hours, when you purchase a canister of Peanut Butter Flavor Collagen Fuel, you’ll receive another, completely free! This deal is… well, nutty! Offer valid through 4/2/2020 at midnight. Add 1 canister of Peanut Butter Collagen Fuel to your cart and use BOGOPB to redeem. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Valid on one-time orders only. |
