Plans for a streetcar line on West Seventh Street in St. Paul are inching forward, with the Metropolitan Council expected to vote on the proposal next month.
Mike Day has overseen the world's second Omnitheater at Science Museum of Minnesota since the 1970s. Before his retirement in March, some of his movies will be shown on the giant screen at the museum's Omnifest through Feb. 28.
