NEW DESTINATIONS AND RETURNING POPULAR EVENTS IN 2020 | Reach new heights in 2020 by taking on the challenge of 3- or 7-day Haute Route events. Explore our new destinations or test yourself at one of the popular events returning to the programme. Whether longer or shorter, easier or more difficult, closer or further from home, there are plenty of options to choose from. To help you have a great Haute Route experience and help you prior to the event, we have partnered with experts in training, nutrition, recovery, and cycling skills to provide tips, advice, and structure you can use year round to become an even stronger cyclist. Registration opens on September 18th at 5pm CET. Check your schedule, make your choices, and be ready to sign up when registration opens. Don’t forget that several events sold out in 2019, including Haute Route Alps, Haute Route Pyrenees, and Haute Route Dolomites! | Ride your first Haute Route in 2020 thanks to a more accessible format and a more attractive price. Available on select 3-day events, the Haute Route Compact is a great starting point if you are new to Haute Route or want a shorter day on the bike to spend more time with family and friends in a great destination. About 30% shorter than the Original format and featuring less climbing, the Compact format is challenging, fun, and an authentic Haute Route experience, with a lighter selection of off-bike services. And even though the price is 20% less expensive, you receive all the same on bike support and services as your fellow Haute Route riders! | For athletes who have done hard one-day events and big weekends on the bike, it’s time to discover your next cycling challenge! For 2020, we have 3-day events organised in Oman, Asheville, Ventoux, Dolomites, China and Mexico. With so many possibilities, there are many ways to plan a memorable and ambitious cycling season. In 2020, Haute Route is excited to announce three new destinations for 3-day events! First, from 3-5 July, we’ll be in Switzerland for Haute Route Crans-Montana. From 11-13 September, join us for our first event in South America with Haute Route Brazil. And from 18-20 September, we’re returning to the Rocky Mountains with Haute Route Boulder – this time it’s a 3-day event based in Boulder. Choose your next favourite cycling destination! | A 7-day Haute Route is the perfect adventure if you are an experienced cyclist who is looking for a new challenge in cycling’s most iconic mountain ranges. The big news for 2020 is that the Haute Route peloton will take on the Alps first, followed by the Pyrenees. |
From 22-28 August, Haute Route Alps provides the opportunity to ride from snow-capped mountains around Megève to the sun-swept beaches of Nice over bucket list climbs made famous by the Tour de France. | Starting on 30 August and finishing on 5 September, Haute Route Pyrenees will once again explore the mountains around Pau and the Béarn region. The course will feature legendary cols and some hidden gems, starting and finishing in Pau to make your travel arrangements more convenient. | The Infinity Pass will be back in 2020, once again in limited quantities. The 2020 Infinity Pass allows athletes to take part in as many Haute Route events as you wish throughout the year for the fixed price of €1749. Sales for the 2020 Infinity Pass open on September 18th at 5pm CET. Don’t miss out, as the passes are sure to sell out! | If you can’t get your hands on an Infinity Pass in 2020, we will have loyalty offers to help you save money when you sign up for two Haute Route events at once. These offers and special rates will be available all year long so you can take on several Haute Route events throughout the year or explore new destinations. Plan your 2020 season and save 5% off regular price when you register for two Haute Route events together. Sign up during the Earlybird period – September 18 to October 31 – to double your savings!
