We've received a huge amount of support requests in the past months.
Leading us to fail in our main support mission (replying to our paid users in less than 24 hours).
As we don't want this to occur once again and as the feature requests amount is growing month after month, we've decided to restrict the email support to paid users.
This decision is not a new one as the main AcyMailing pro version advantage is to get email support on our product.
So, starting September the 1st, only our paid users will be able to take the most of the email support.
This doesn't mean free users will be left alone.
Our forum and our Slack channel will still be there for all of you so that you can talk and help each other.
We are also releasing a 25% coupon code (see below) to reduce the pro versions price.
When we have free time, we will definitely connect to these platforms to give some help.
But email support will be our top priority 😉
