👉 Binance.US Suspends USD Deposits, Asks Users To Withdraw

Binance.US, a cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that its banking partners will stop processing USD payments starting next week.

The decision comes after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against Binance.US and its CEO, Changpeng Zhao, seeking a freeze on its assets.

To protect its customers and platform, Binance.US has suspended USD deposits and advised customers to withdraw USD via bank transfer by the June 13.

👉 Robinhood To End Support For ADA, MATIC & SOL

Robinhood has announced that it will end support for Cardano (ADA), Polygon (MATIC), and Solana (SOL) on June 27th.

The tokens were named as securities in recent SEC lawsuits against Binance and Coinbase. Users will be able to trade and transfer the affected tokens on the app until the deadline.

After support is discontinued, any remaining tokens in a user's account will be automatically sold at market value.

👉 Crypto Custody Platform BitGo Looks To Acquire Prime Trust

Crypto custodian BitGo has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire fintech infrastructure provider Prime Trust.

The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed, however If the deal is finalized, BitGo will gain access to Prime Trust's payment rails, cryptocurrency IRA fund, and wealth management offerings.

Prime Trust's Nevada Trust Company will join BitGo's network of regulated trust companies in various locations. BitGo aims to become the first global digital asset company to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for institutions and fintech platforms.
