Due to the Premier's announcement on Friday 2 July about the Perth and Peel lockdown ending as planned at 12:01am, Saturday 3 July, Cockburn facilities, buildings, services and amenities will start to reopen in phases.
What's opening and when?
From Saturday 3 July
Henderson Waste Recovery Park for commercial and residential (Reuse Shop closed 3 and 4 July) Cockburn Libraries but not for programs, workshops or activities until Tuesday 6 July Port Coogee Marina Community facilities are open from Saturday for bookings of up to 20 people. The following will open from Saturday 3 July with social distancing and a maximum of 20 people: Playgrounds, pump tracks and skateparks Dog parks Exercise equipment Barbecues Water play areas Drinking fountains. From Monday 5 July Administration and Operations Centre Cockburn Care in-home care services (social clubs closed) Financial Counselling with face-to-face and online options available. From Tuesday 6 July Seniors Centre – some programs may not be operating. Cockburn ARC is closed until Tuesday 6 July. We will contact people on Monday regarding Tuesday while we assess what we may and may not do. Events postponed The NAIDOC flag raising ceremony due to take place on Monday 5 July is postponed until further notice. All other events scheduled for Tuesday 29 June to Friday 2 July have been postponed or cancelled. Please check the events page on our website for updates. Azelia Ley Homestead Museum The museum will be closed on Sunday 4 July. There will be no school holiday activities on Monday 5 July and we will update what the status will be for Tuesday 6 July.

It is mandatory for particular businesses and venues to maintain a contact register by collecting details of patrons attending their premises. Businesses can use the free SafeWA app or keep a paper register. Paper registers must be kept for 28 days.
