Survey: 80% are using video to conduct interviews During this time of remote hiring, about 80% of talent acquisition teams are using video for interviews, according to an April report from Jobvite, even though over 50% are still making phone calls. Workplace temperature screenings can be flawed Infectious disease experts say taking employees' temperatures at work may not be a reliable method for determining whether people have COVID-19 because people with the disease can be asymptomatic.
