Tomorrow highs will be around the 40s, and Thursday around the 50s across Minnesota. Another damp bit of news here: The Red River of the North is breaking records this fall. "Fargo, Grand Forks — all the way up to Winnipeg, the river is at its highest level for this time of year, ever," said National Weather Service meteorologist Greg Gust. Stay safe out there! Are you planning a trip during the MEA weekend? MSP officials are urging passengers to allow plenty of time to deal with parking, security and check-in at the airport.
