| Read the results of an independent industry survey of electric utilities on the status of their transition to workforce management technologies. The survey uncovered the top reasons they were not considering workforce automation, ranging from lack of support from local government, to outdated system configuration difficulties and a misperception of high cost. But the survey also revealed that in the utility business climate where margins are tight and budget cuts are a fact of life, the absence of workforce automation technology comes at an enormous cost. |
