Early morning showers will become a steadier rain by mid to late morning with pockets of moderate to heavy rain through the afternoon and evening hours. Rainfall totals with this system will range from 1 to 1.5", so be prepared for ponding on area roads. Temperatures will remain cooler than average by a good 15 degrees with highs on either side of 50 degrees.

It will be cool and breezy with temperatures in the 40s. SATURDAY: Lingering Showers, Drizzle Highs: Near 50 Winds: North 5-15, Gusts 20 mph The bulk of the measurable rain will be over Saturday, but it will remain cloudy and cool with lingering showers or pockets of drizzle. Make sure to have the warm rain gear if you'll be joining the 7News team for the annual Cherry Blossom Parade. Skies may attempt to brighten a bit by the late afternoon and early evening hours. SUNDAY: Partly Sunny Highs: Mid 60s Winds: North 5-10 mph Drier and warmer weather is expected to round out the weekend with more seasonable highs in the 60s. NEXT WEEK: We'll kick off the 3rd week of April with highs back into the 70s Monday! A cold front will slide through Monday night bringing clouds and an isolated shower chance, as well as a cool-down. It will be breezy and cooler Tuesday with highs in the 60s. Wednesday will be the chilliest day of the week with highs in the 50s. Temperatures rebound back into the 60s by Thursday.
