Winds will be lighter than yesterday, but even a slight breeze will keep wind chills in the mid teens this afternoon. An approaching cold front will bring the chance for a few snow flurries to the area today. No accumulation is expected. TONIGHT: COLD ALERT Decreasing Clouds Lows: 2-14 Winds: Northwest 5-10 mph Skies will clear after midnight with lows in the single digits to low teens. Wind chills may dip below zero degrees in a few neighborhoods.
WEDNESDAY: COLD ALERT Mostly Sunny, Very Cold Highs: 18-24; Wind Chills: 5-15 Winds: Northwest 5-10 mph Wednesday will be the last of the super cold air, and will also be the coldest day of the week. Temperatures will start in the single digits and barely climb out of the teens, with wind chills below zero in the morning and only climbing to the single digits.
THURSDAY: Partly Cloudy Highs: 32-37 Winds: Southwest 5-10 mph Temperatures will finally climb above the freezing mark by Thursday afternoon. It will still be colder than average, but at least temperatures are moving in the right direction.
