TODAY: Sunny Highs: 75-80 Winds: West 5-10 mph It's the coolest morning of the season thus far with temperatures in the 40s area-wide, including inside the Capital Beltway. A bright, blue sky is expected today with afternoon highs temperatures in the mid to upper 70s. Each day this week temperatures will warm by a few degrees. TONIGHT: Mainly Clear Lows: 48-58 Winds: Light Another clear and cool night is ahead with low temperatures a few degrees higher than Monday morning.
