Facebook has been experimenting with an Instagram-like feature that allows users to set up and switch among multiple, separate profiles—useful for maintaining personal and professional separation—and now the company says that feature is being rolled out in the next few months to all users. Multiple personal profiles won't be enabled in the Marketplace, Payments and other Facebook channels, at least for now, says the company. Report highlights need for speed in brands' social response A Sprout Social report found that 68% of social media consumers in the U.S. and U.K. primarily use it to keep abreast of new products and services and 51% say quick response is the greatest driver in making brands memorable.
