We must point out that SEETO Secretariat as well as SEETO SC are one of rare and very special Institutional/Bodies that promotes Gender equality, therefore we have prepared some interesting facts for you. Facts: - Today SEETO Secretariat has five Woman on their team, which make 60% of SEETO Secretariat Staff.
- SEETO Steering Committee had Three Chairladies, and fourth still on duty as Chairlady, which makes 80% of time since SEETO existence.
- SEETO had Female General Manager ( 2006-2010)
- SEETO Steering Committee consisting of over 60% of Woman
SEETO Secretariat and SC Chair Woman are very much engaged and very focused on delivering the very best, through combination of professional field expertise, strength as well as their willingness for individual and team growth.
We are very thankful to have them as team members and counterparts, SEETO encourages all other institutions to use our model as a good example.
