The Great Resgination

With the economy opening back up, economists are predicting that this is going to be the summer of "I quit." Some employees will seek the opportunties they  dreamed about while in lockdown, while others will leave over differences about remote work.  Already, 4 million people left their jobs in April alone.

Are you leaving your role, or seeking another? Or are you a company leader looking to keep a team together? Tell us: What's the most important to you in a job right now? Email baltimore@technical.ly with the subject line "I Quit."
