Miles apart: On Wednesday, Gov. Jeff Landry proposed new rules aimed at bringing auto insurance rates down, calling for an approach that deemphasizes the traditional battle lines of insurers vs. lawyers. But at a press conference Thursday, the state's insurance commissioner blamed Louisiana's high auto rates on injury lawsuits. Alyse Pfeil explains.
