Meara and Zach Medcalf make a combined $123,800 a year. They live in a two-bed, two-bath condo in Wychwood, which Meara bought pre-construction in 2017. Their monthly mortgage payments are $2,652, and they put $400 a month into a wedding fund. “Ontario was too expensive, so we’re having our wedding in Mexico,” says Meara.
