Quarter crackdown coming: New Orleans police will soon begin a major crackdown in the French Quarter on unlicensed vending, illegal parking, bucket drummers, panhandling and other "nuisance behavior." Gabriella Killett has the story. Cellphone ban: Legislators banned cellphones in classrooms earlier this year with broad, bipartisan support. But with a new school year looming, many systems are still trying to figure out how to make it work. Marie Fazio and Ashley White have this report.
