More than 11,000 people board the BU Shuttle daily, jumping on and off between the Charles River and Medical Campuses. We offer a glimpse behind the scenes: drivers reaching Braintree before dawn, gassing up, doing a safety inspection, then 30 minutes navigating the behemoths to one of the two campuses to pick up passengers.
