Chef Paul Asher has taken over the hatch at celebrated oyster bar Darby's to serve up incredible South East Asian BBQ. Grab that for lunch, then head back to Darby's when the festival finishes for Oyster Happy Hour (featuring Drag Disco by Man to Pet!)
