I have had an experience inside my body where my energy felt like bubbling water. How do I handle this strong feeling?

Eckhart shares that this experience is quite common. He himself has felt energy that he equates to "being plugged into a socket." Further, nothing is needed to manage these intense feelings beyond bringing awareness to them as they arise.

You shared with us previously that perhaps one day we would not need physical bodies. Can you speak more about this idea?

Eckhart explains that our physical bodies provide a very limited perception of our true timeless nature. As we awaken, we become lighter and more spacious. If we extrapolate the idea of spaciousness into the future, then the body itself will also transform.
