Circle Takes the Square: The September Design Challenge

Everywhere we look these days, there seems to be clean lines and symmetry in jewelry. But this month, we’re looking for circles, squares, and rectangles, made from wire, metal, beads, clays, or other material of your choosing to take center stage. Get out your rulers and protractors and join in this geometric trend! Where will you find inspiration? From architecture, modern art, mandalas, or even math textbooks? Maybe you want to get complicated. We won’t turn down a tetrahedron, triangle, or hexagon, but hold your diamonds and teardrops for now! Get out your Spirograph or feel out some fractals!
