Good morning. The NQ salary race is on, with A&O Shearman the latest firm to raise salaries for newly qualified lawyers to £150K. We're also looking at a report that says more than half of Australia’s law firms have changed their pricing models, with an increasing uptake of alternative fee arrangements over billable hours. And this week's Global Lawyer focuses on how law firms around the world are finally adopting Gen AI -- largely because they realize they don't have a choice.
