Reigning Miss South Africa Lalela Mswane is preparing to represent South Africa at the 2022 Miss Supranational pageant on 15 July.
On her way to Poland, where the beauty pageant will be held, Channel24 caught up with the entrepreneur ahead of her trip.
In the Q&A, Mswane tells us about her journey as Miss SA, including how she has learnt to block out negative criticism after receiving backlash for representing her home country at the Miss Universe pageant, which was held in Israel in December 2021.
Mswane also shares how she prepares for pageants, including working on elements such as speaking, wardrobe, and walking.
The royal recently went for a gentle ride on her pony at Windsor Castle, with a source confirming, "At 96, it's amazing that the queen has been on her horse."
Drake is honouring those he considers "heroic figures," and that includes South African music producer, Black Coffee.
