It has been said that goldfish keep growing based on the quality and size of their environment. If you give them a small tank with low-quality food and water, they will only grow to be about two-inches long. But give them plenty of space, fresh water and high-quality nourishment, and they can grow to be several pounds and over a foot long.

Such was the life and legacy of Kevin Cooper, one of America’s most remarkable kids, who passed away in an accident earlier this summer. By the age of 14, he had published an autobiography, was making plans to expand his 350-acre farm and was the primary caretaker of his disabled parents and brother. He had big plans for the future of his business and agriculture in America.
