| Costaziyaâs village - Bugamira - was poor, without many resources to provide for struggling people like Costaziya. When ICM helped build a church there in 2014, the community completely transformed. The church taught the villagers how to weave baskets and sell them at nearby markets. That way, families could buy essential goods they needed to survive.
As the community grew, a school was built as well, and the church was able to help Costaziya build a new home. Today, the congregation provides her food, and ensures she is safe and loved.
