A Time for Choosing For the past 14 months, the Biden administration has repeatedly demonstrated a concerning lack of leadership. With threats all around us—from record inflation at home to Vladimir Putin’s aggression abroad—America stands at a crossroads. We must decide today how we will face these problems and ensure our great nation remains one of strength and unity. Conservative principles changed my life, and I believe they hold the answers our country desperately needs today. This week, I was honored to be the latest speaker in the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation’s “Time for Choosing” series. Click to watch Keeping the Biden Administration Accountable Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is required by law to testify on COVID relief funds before the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship every six months. By refusing to fulfill that requirement, Secretary Yellen has now been in violation of the law for a year. As a member of the small business committee, I joined Ranking Member Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and other committee Republicans on a letter reminding Secretary Yellen of her legal obligation to testify before us.
