A welcome transformation at the West Side Market: Tom McIntyre

We vendors were used to hearing “no” whenever we asked the city to address an issue at the West Side Market. Today, we have a mayor who sees the market as an invaluable asset for the entire city of Cleveland. With the nonprofit poised to fully take the reins this spring, I’m more hopeful than ever, and so are my fellow vendors. It’s refreshing to finally have a partner willing to dream big dreams for the market, and find new ways to get to “yes,” writes guest columnist Tom McIntyre, owner of Kate's Fish at the West Side Market and a member of the United West Side Market Tenants Association.
