AB Espresso: Trump’s ceasefire deal –A win for Russia?

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accepted a Saudi-brokered 30-day ceasefire along the entire front line. Analysts suggest the agreement highlights Ukraine’s shifting position in the ongoing conflict, which has lasted over three years.

In other major developments, Abu Dhabi-based MGX has made a $2 billion investment in Binance, marking the first institutional investment in the crypto giant. It is the largest investment into a crypto company and the biggest ever paid in stablecoin.

On the real estate front, London-listed Dar Global has announced DG Villas, a $381 million (AED1.4 billion) residential project at Dubai’s Jumeirah Golf Estates. The development will feature villas with private gardens and views of championship golf courses.

Meanwhile, Armani will debut its branded luxury villas in Diriyah, Riyadh. The Armani Residences Diriyah project was announced during Diriyah Company’s participation at MIPIM in Cannes.

Aside from this, Diriyah Company has launched a new Media and Innovation District to support the growth of creative industries. The district aims to establish a technology, media, and communications hub, fostering collaboration between local and global industry leaders.
