Wynn Resorts has unveiled Enclave, a private luxury section within Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Located on the upper floors of the resort’s 300-metre tower, Enclave features 299 suites across four categories. The resort is scheduled to open in early 2027.

Aside from this, Dubai-based airline flydubai has started construction of its new Aircraft Maintenance Centre at Dubai South. The 32,600 sqm facility is set to be completed in Q4 2026 and includes a hangar, workshops, and office buildings.

In other developments, Dubai’s FIX Dessert Chocolatier has partnered with JOALI Maldives to launch its products at the resort starting July 2, 2025. This marks FIX’s first retail presence outside the UAE.

On the real estate front, the Dubai Land Department and Department of Economy and Tourism have launched a new initiative for first-time home buyers. The programme offers priority access to new launches, preferential pricing, and mortgage support for both Emirati and expat residents.

Meanwhile, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has granted a 90-day extension to complete a study aimed at developing new regulations for landlord-tenant relationships. The study will help ensure fairness and stability in the rental sector.
