Watch the interviews Creative hubs in the Philippine Development Plan Since 2018, we have been advocating for the recognition of creative hubs' contribution to the creative economy and positive impact on society. The National Economic Development Authority recently published an updated version of its development plan, recognising for the first time the importance of creative hubs in innovation and creative expression.
