An easy & delicious Lebanese dish using pantry staples
| Some of my favourite memories as a kid involve camping. I remember the tent on the beach at Monkey Mia in the 80s, sleeping under the stars at the back of our 10-acre block in Wanneroo, and arriving at Lake Yeagarup near Pemberton at 3am, in the pouring rain, and setting up the tent with no hammer. These days, our trusty camper trailer gets a good workout, from Lucky Bay to Coral Bay. I’m too much of a Scrooge to think about buying a caravan, but I love looking at them! So, I’ll be right at home at the Perth Caravan and Camping show, and I can’t wait to be broadcasting from The Claremont Showground next Thursday and Friday. We’d love to bring you along. We’ve got 30 double passes to giveaway, so enter below and try your luck! Come and say hi and share your tips with Afternoons. See you there! | | |
