Suicide, mental health discussion: A New Orleans City Council member told a personal, emotional story this morning to open a discussion on suicide and mental health issues, Emily Woodruff reports. "I used to give this speech and say there were no signs," said Council member Joe Giarrusso. "But there were maybe signs."
