| AI (artificial intelligence) is in the news constantly. Millions of jobs are being impacted. I believe we are in a time where we need to have two focuses in our career concerning AI. Focus #1: How do I leverage AI with my skills and experience to serve more people and solve more problems? This means I need to get very good at understanding and using AI. This will make me more valuable to those I serve and especially in the area I believe is my Calling. Focus #2: What can I do that AI will never be able to do and how can I get really good at that? The answer is self-improvement and building relationships. This means I need to work on becoming a better version of myself and learn how to build better relationships. Combining the two above - use AI to grow yourself and create more meaningful relationships so you can serve others and solve more problems. Like any wave of technological advancement, those who understand and leverage the new technology to serve and solve problems and enhance relationships will have a clear advantage over those who don’t.
