Good Morning! Today we explore how Conversational AI company, Chorus.ai, is using its technology, customer base, and expertise to gain insights about COVID-19’s impact on sales teams and businesses. The data is shows that for many verticals such as the collaboration space, sales are up about 30% versus baseline and they’re up over 70% compared to pre-COVID-19 levels. Another key data point is that over 60% of all calls start with a COVID-19 reference led by the sales rep. Also, a new visualization by Visual Capitalist and Global Web Index explores how each generation’s media consumption is changing during this period of pandemic-induced social isolation. Among Millennials, aged 24 to 37 years, the biggest bumps include online videos (44 percent), video games (31 percent), online press (36 percent), broadcast TV (35 percent) and online TV/streaming (41 percent). |
