| 2 found dead after vehicle crashes into creek near Big Lake A man and a woman were found dead Monday after their vehicle crashed into Meadow Creek near Big Lake, according to Alaska State Troopers. The crash is believed to have occurred sometime after 4 p.m. Sunday. Troopers said in an online dispatch that they were informed just before noon Monday of a vehicle found upside down in the creek near Beaver Lake Road. First responders found the bodies of Big Lake resident Michael Reagan, 52, and Fairbanks resident Binta Tabane, 30. "A preliminary investigation determined that the vehicle was driving at a high rate of speed when it lost control and crashed into the water," troopers said in the dispatch. | VIDEO: Three people hospitalized in big Washington house fire Three people are in the hospital after a massive house fire in Federal Way. Video shot by a KIRO 7 photographer shows the house fully engulfed in flames. South King Fire tells KIRO 7 the fire started around 2:40 p.m. Tuesday afternoon off 4th Avenue SW and 371st. The conditions of the three people who were hospitalized are not known. Fire crews put out hot spots. The Red Cross has been called in as well. KIRO-TV CBS 7 SEATTLE Ohio volunteer fire station sustains significant damage during storm VIDEO: The Proctorville Volunteer Fire Department's station sustained extensive damage in Tuesday's storms. According to our crew at the scene, a rear block wall collapsed along with part of the roof. Despite that damage, the department's main fleet of vehicles didn't sustain damage. Proctorville firefighters told us they have had help from the Chesapeake and Rome Township volunteer fire departments. Elsewhere in the Proctorville community, the roof of Fairland West Elementary was partially blown off. One fire truck was damaged by the roof collapse.
