MAPS Hotels and Resorts for its exhaustive interpretation of whether the worldwide pandemic permitted South Korea’s Mirae Asset to walk away from a $5.8 billion deal to buy luxury hotels in the U.S. from a successor to China’s Anbang Insurance.
