"I’m curious what the best small camera is for taking photos while cycling?"
I think your best bet will be an action cam, like the GoPro12 Black. It's very compact and has nice IS that does well in action, and more importantly, there are a slew of accessories to help you securely mount it to your bike. Alternatively, if you have a newer smartphone with an IS mode, our reviewer also liked this bike mount. I hope that helps. Happy riding!
