To our valued customers, Just like you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For our company, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers and communities and then making the necessary adjustments to our business and operations. It is indisputable that COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses and supply chains. We have one simple objective that guides us — keeping our employees and you safe. That has been at the center of our discussions and decisions every step of the way. With that in mind, we have implemented several proactive adjustments to our business in response to the threat of the coronavirus. We want to share an update on what we are doing to keep our staff and customers safe while continuing to fulfill orders around the world. For starters, we have ramped up cleaning services in our warehouses and distribution centers all day and have added hand sanitizer stations throughout. All of our Distribution Center staff members are continuously washing their hands and wearing gloves at all times. We have implemented social distancing as well. In our main Distribution Center in the United States we have an on-site health clinic staffed for our employees. Also, we are closely following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC), World Health Organization’s (WHO) and local government health departments’ guidelines and recommendations on the steps that we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. In this regard, we have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they or anyone in their household feels sick or are returning from any travel. Per CDC recommendations, we have asked all employees who have traveled or have been exposed to others who have traveled to self-quarantine for 14 days. Further, in the interest of keeping our employees safe and healthy we have directed office staff to work from home to foster social distancing in order to help prevent the spread of the virus. In addition, we have implemented a strict non-travel policy for our employees and we have canceled meetings with large gatherings.
