A few years ago, I tried to convince all my friends and colleagues that oat milk was the best dairy alternative out there. This was before Oatly, the coffee shop darling, splashed onto the scene. No one listened to me then, but now I can hardly have a conversation about breakfast without someone talking about how great oat milk is in their coffee, tea, or cereal. And this week, my coworker Tiffany has cracked the code on how to make the best oat milk at home. Why would you want to do that when so many good brands are available now?
