| Reminder: Update your HPE Remote Support versions with new certificates To maintain your connectivity to HPE Remote Support Data Centers, HPE customers must confirm two updates or risk disruption to HPE remote support: New security certificates must be installed through recent application software and firmware updates by November 1. Applies to Insight Remote Support, OneView Remote Support and Direct Connect users. Your remote support must be configured to point to HPE.com URLs when communicating with HPE (not hp.com). Applies to all installations of Insight RS (including 7.9), and Direct Connect users. Installations which do not have the required URL updates are no longer connected to HPE. Act today to maintain your remote support connectivity with HPE. Refer to the HPE Remote Support Certificate Update Guide for specific instructions on updating the new certificates and HPE.com URL configuration.
