| Despite Efforts by Instagram, Search Results for Covid-19 Vaccine Are Still Sketchy | | | | Welcome to the new week, a short one with the holidays ahead. I hope whatever your plans are that you’re having a safe and restful one. I know the bad-news threshold is reaching its limit, so forgive me, I'll plan to bring more positive stuff throughout the week. But, in a truly worrying phenomenon, there is a growing deluge of social media accounts created for the sole purpose of discrediting and eroding trust in vaccines. How can we stop the propaganda? Let's hope this spurs more action from platforms to get a handle on disinformation than we have so far seen. Don’t leave without scrolling down to see the bumpy ride Facebook’s ad rates have had over 2020, the most tumultuous of years. Let's not forget that Unilever recently returned to the platform after a six-month hiatus. As ever, thanks for reading, until next time.
