Seeking clemency: The woman responsible for one of the most notorious crimes in the city’s recent history went before a state board seeking clemency this morning. Antoinette Frank, a former police officer convicted of a triple homicide, was asking that her death sentence be changed to life in prison, Jillian Kramer and John Simerman report. See what happened.
