Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says she bought a Tesla Model 3 back in 2020 to commute between her Bronx and Queens district and Washington, DC. Now she’s considering getting rid of it after her Twitter feud with Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk.

"At the time, it was the only EV that could get me from New York to Washington on like one, or one-and-a-half charges. I would love to switch,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

Back in April AOC tweeted that she was tired of collectively stressing out about what “explosion of hate crimes is happening bc some billionaire with an ego problem unilaterally controls a massive communication platform." To which Musk responded, “Stop hitting on me, I’m really shy.”

AOC then retorted she was originally referring to Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Facebook.
